We offer a wide array of after school art courses for young artists ages 5-18 throughout the school year. Each of our courses are taught by art teachers and are designed to extend and enrich school art with age appropriate experiences. All courses provide learners with an opportunity to further develop their individual abilities and skills and are specially designed to foster positive attitudes to the visual arts

Our residential summer camps provide young artists with the opportunity to develop their abilities immersed in a rich learning environment inspired by some of Canada's finest artists and nurtured by some of the finest educators in the province. The week-long elementary and secondary aged camps are set in the beautiful surroundings of the North Vancouver Outdoor School in Brackendale, BC.

Summer Camp Registration begins April 1

Elementary camp: July 11-16, 2010
Secondary camp: July 18-23, 2010

A peak performance program for talented Grade 10, 11 & 12 students who wish to prepare for art college. Students enrolled in North Vancouver School District's Studio Art Academy courses will develop peak performance skills and attitudes which will enable them to successfully enrol in a post-secondary art institution of their choice upon graduation.

Each year elementary and secondary students are selected by their schools to attend master classes with guest artists who are teamed with experienced educators. These programs offer learning experiences which tap talents and motivate confidence in exciting ways that can not be duplicated in a regular classroom setting.
